Feeling disconnected from others or from yourself?
Tired of being stuck in your relationships?
Not sure how to move forward?
The way society has guided men to think and act is deeply confusing. Get in touch with your emotions, but be strong. Be vulnerable, but don't be so soft. Take the lead, but don't be controlling. From an early age, most of us are taught to bottle up our feelings, then we're expected to talk about how we feel when we don't even know what we feel anymore. We end up alone in our struggle, with nowhere to truly talk about it.
Does this sound familiar?
I'm inviting you to join me on a journey of inward discovery and collaborative support. There is tremendous healing potential in sharing our stories, being witnessed, and being heard. We'll explore what it actually means to feel safe, how to reconnect with what we feel, how to reestablish boundaries, and more. Whatever your obstacles are in life, we'll work toward a clearer picture of the part you play, and come up with a clear path forward.
This process is meant to be gentle. No pushing. No macho challenging or trying to shake things up. I believe that lasting change occurs gradually, and only when one connects to a sense of inner safety, clarity, and trust.
Free Intro Session
Join this session if you'd like a free "taster" of what this group is about. This is a chance to meet each other, share your hopes and goals, and learn a bit about my approach to group therapy and facilitation. Then, if it feels like the right fit, you're welcome to sign up for the full series.
Series Schedule
Skills Learned and Practiced
A group like this can help you with a wide range of skills, including (but not limited to):
I want this to be an accessible experience for anyone who wants to attend, regardless of income. In the future, as I add new offerings, this may change.
If you decide to join, please plan on attending the first session (March 25), and at least six out of eight total sessions. This is not an experience you may drop in and out of. If you miss the first session, you will mostly likely have to wait to join a future group. (Please contact me to discuss further.)
I ask that you treat this process as therapy, and to honour the confidentiality of those involved. We'll discuss this further together, but it's important to me that you approach this group with respect, and not share personally identifying information with anyone outside of the group. You may, of course, share about your own experience.
If you like the idea of men supporting men to be more grounded, more in touch with their feelings, more communicative, and more in charge of their lives, please share this page with your network!
Open House
While it isn't mandatory to attend, the open house is a great way to experience a bit of the work I do, ask questions, and more.
Any questions? I'd love to hear them.
More Details Soon
Registration for the wholel session will open after the open houses. Please come back to this page after March 18 to pay and save your spot. If you need financial support, or need to make other payment arrangements, please let me know when you contact me.
